Explicit confirmation — nothing counts as submitted unless the page itself confirms it. 3. Fail closed — ambiguity parks the lead and moves on, never guesses. ## What Keel does and does not do Public repo (free, Apache-2.0): discovery and scoring (100-point fit model), truthful resume tailoring, canonical answer bank, prescreen gates, ATS detection + capability radar, launch-packet builder, append-only telemetry, outcome analytics, dashboard. Keel never submits an application — the public loop stops at the launch packet. Private by design: submission-behavior techniques ATS vendors could fingerprint; publishing them would get everyone's pipeline blocked. ## The proof figure 55 verified submissions in the private production pipeline's ledger at launch.
